Joseph David, 2nd son and 3rd child of Michel David and Genevieve Hebert, was born on 07 November 1748 in Grand-Pré, L'Acadie. He was baptized at Saint Gabriel Catholic Church, Grand-Pré. His godparents were St. Germain & Marie Josephe LeBlanc.
